One could stull hypothetically agrue that an embryo is a "thing" using the same logic that allows abortion to be legal legal. Couldn't one?

So if a woman and a man enter into an agreement to have a child.....and later the woman decides to have an abortion.....can she be sued for breach of contract? And if so.....can you sue for specific performance?

I prefer to just put the responsibility where it actually lies in accordance with current law. And sucking it up seems to be the cause of this whole issue in the first place no?

One would assume that would ba the removal of someone from a combat area to the "internment" facility or between internment facilities....much like prison guards who are trained to transport/transfer prisoners.
