Re: Why I think Trump won

Michelle Obama isn't interested in running. That's a non-starter. It's really too early to tell why Trump won, and it's too soon for me to read what you linked. As for why the most unfit major candidate in the history of our country is now president-elect... just like in 2000 I put a lot of the blam...

Re: Happy 9/11!!!

I was wondering if you were going to post today. This site will never die as long as you keep the 9/11 anniversary post going. I must admit, I finally found your 9/11 post to be humorous.

Re: Lerner, the IRS, Holder and the DOJ.

Now we have this email, that shows just days before she made that statement, she was asking the the DOJ to prosecute these groups. That's not an accurate description of the email. The email shows that DOJ reached out to Lerner to ask who at the IRS the DOJ could talk to about prosecuting applicants...

Re: Need some feedback please?

No idea if the site is accurate, but there's a New Jersey Divorce FAQ that answers that question. "Can a New Jersey court make a parent carry life insurance for the benefit of a child?" The answer is "yes." A New Jersey court can compel a parent to carry life insurance for the benefit of a child, ev...

Re: I Voted: Once again I was all over the map.

I am curious about one thing Lurker, why did you vote against 38? There were two tax initiatives aimed at restoring lost funding to education, Prop 30 and Prop 38. Even if they both passed only one would be implemented. I chose to support Prop 30 because it restored funding to K-12 and higher educa...

Re: Obama wins!

Damn. I'm sorry I missed this live . :) Shortly after Fox and everyone else called Ohio and the election for President Obama, Rove staged a live TV mutiny. He insisted that the Ohio call had been premature and then forced Fox’s Megan Kelly to make an SNL like walk through the Fox building and confro...

Re: Obama wins!

Turaylon, Gary Johnson would have been the worst President in history. Given the choice between Gary Johnson and Romney I'd vote for Romney in a second. Gary Johnson's positions on domestic issues, his foreign policy, his ability to actually govern the country... he would have been disastrous. I don...

Re: Election Prediction Poll...

CNN Poll today has it tied 40% to 49% with a sample of D+11. The actual spread in 2008 was D+7. Take that as you will. It's amusing that you agree with Ddrak that " the only accurate polls are the ones that take a truly random sampling and just use that raw result ", but then want the pollster to m...
