Re: 300: Rise of an Empire

Rotten Tomatoes have bot voters that push movies higher than they deserve? Nonsense!
And remember, the Star trek reboot got a 97%. No Bullshit there....Hahahahahahaha. I couldn't stop my self.

Monuments Men

Not a great movie. But I really liked it. Some movies should be made into mini series. There should have been a lot of character build up in the beginning. While watching I could feel all that was edited out, or scenes that needed to be filled out more, throughout the whole movie. I hope there are g...

Re: Robocop

At what part of my post did I say it was not extreme? I agree, they went way - way too far. I feel it was written to show he didn't need all 4 limbs done, and then on purpose leaving nothing but what was needed to keep the skin on his face alive. To make him as indestructible as possible, and more s...

I liked it. It only suffers from the fact it didn't need to be remade. Even though it doesn't have the amount of violence the original did, I found that it felt darker because of the unveil scene.

The 70's cars, hair, clothes, décor, and tech are cool. The humor is fun. But after 2 hours I was ready for the big revel, and the movie to be over.....Shit, it really didn't start till then. 2 hours of set up, for 20 minutes of..."um ok". I may have liked it more if it was 45 minutes shorter. I was...

Re: Sherlock

Just started watching with a couple shows left in the 2nd season. The humor on the show surprises me. Just watched S3,E2-Watson's wedding. So well written. I cant believe Steven Moffat writes it, he craps all over his Dr. Who scripts. I think he's taking credit that belongs to other writers.

Re: Hobbit 2 - Desolation of Filler

That wont happen, the studio fucked the Tolkien family saying the movies didn't make money. So all the money they should of got from the box office percentage they were promised was pocketed. Even if the family sues, and wins - The studio makes out on what THAT money earns in interest even after leg...

Re: Hobbit 2 - Desolation of Filler

There is a bright side to all this. As with movies that you wish had more to make them epic. All we have to do with these 3 is to edit out all the shit. Its what I did with the original Star Wars when they released the new prettier scenes. I gotta remember to convert those tapes to DVD one of these ...

He waits for you. He told me so. Go, go. Abandon everything. The future belongs to you two. He likes big weddings.

Chocolate cake, Registry at Walmart. Or if it's just "the love that is forbidden" fantasy. Then it don't matter.

The poor pacing of Walter Mitty

I wanted to like it, even as I was watching it. I wanted to like it. Even in the second half of it.....And there are 2 halves of it. And the second half is as much a let down, as much as the first is good. Stiller tries to be twisty. The twist? There are 2, and both predictable in the good half. Con...

All I ever saw of her was on that Cable commercial. And All I want to do is kick her in the cunt. If that is her for 30 minutes at a time? Fuck that shit.

The Flash is a character that is not only vastly overpowered to purely human heroes, and villains when first created in the 40's. But as comic heroes will, got only buffer as time past. Faster than the eye can follow, became so fast he can run on water, vibrate through walls, and running time travel...

Hobbit 2 - Desolation of Filler

Welp, I now know it could have been just 2 movies. God damn Hobbit 2 was nice looking, and very entertaining. It was better than the first one by bunches, and I liked the first one. Even though the first one was even more filler than this one. The combination of the two weighs me down. I wasn't angr...

I'm tired of the island flashbacks even when they advance the story. 50% is filler. Do we really need to know how he lost a toe, or why he hates Jamaican midgets? But The Flash episodes were great. They soooo got him right. Shame, I don't think they'll do more with him. Rumor has it he "may" get his...

It could only work if you had at least a third person. One for Morsereg, one for his feminine side, and one for everyone else. Then have the person playing Scott(his real name), do the last 3 posts. Morsereg actor : Blah blah blah Fem side actor : silent Morsereg actor : saying what his fem side was...

It's nice they built up Fitz's character. 75% of airtime. But it sucks that They are making the hacker what Scifi Fans call a "Mary Sue". That she is the no one, from no where that becomes the irreplaceable, all knowing, savior. That still is the background character the reader is supposed to identi...

Disney did good. They nailed it. The acting, The effects, and the story? Solid. Even the gags, and cameos where good. Yes, there is a tag after the credits. Not important, but better than watching people eat. You can see it in 3d, or not. I don't think it mattered that much. Are there plot holes? Um...
